TOURISM UP 12.7% The Region of Murcia continues to be a popular holiday destination for foreign tourists with visitor numbers for the first 10 months of the year up 12.7% versus 2007 figures. The month of October saw an increase of 9% compared to October 2007. This puts Murcia in the top places of the national ranking with only Aragon performing better.
